It's all good man...all I'm saying is we gotta be willing to take some risks if we want to get back to elite status. Arkansas was 11-2 last year with their only losses to the two teams who played for the national championship. It took us an overtime win over vandy to even get an sec win.

It's not like Petrino did anything that bad...for all we know, maybe his wife was cool with him getting a little action on the side. Maybe he is an amazing lover and was showing this girl a type of pleasure and sexual ecstasy she never knew was possible. Maybe he was teaching/coaching her how to satisfy a man...we simply don't have all the facts to judge him.

I believe this has changed with Hart but for many, many years the only risk UT took on coaches was trying out unproven coaches who may or may not be able to do the job. We were always willing to take a high risk chance on some unknown coach.

But take a risk on a proven coach with character issues??? Um, no.

Ark would be a perfect spot for Phil.
it is loaded with talent. He could win there for 3-5 years and retire.

They won't have to hire someone 2 weeks before signing day.

you can say whatever about Dooley but the TN football program is in better shape now than it was when he was hired.

it is also nice to not be reading about vols being arrested on a regular basis.
