Fulmer to Ark?

I hope Phil takes the job, wins every game but loses to Tennessee in the SEC Championship game by 3 touchdowns. I wish him nothing but the best.

I love Phil, but wouldn't want him to win a single game anywhere else in the SEC. I love Peyton, but don't care if Denver loses every game this year. I was excited about the prospect of getting to finally root for Peyton in the pros if he came to Nashville. My only exception; if the Titans are already sitting at home and out of contention.

I only have two teams.

TRavis said that they did contact him.

Bottom line is that Garrick McGee is likely to get the job. This is just Flummo's play to get headlines and be relevant.

I went to an event where Garrick McGee met with our students. He's not ready for prime time. He may be a good coach but he's not polished enough to deal with an SEC team and all the crap that comes along with it. I think it would be a career mistake.

I will never knock Phil. He loved this University. Now I wanted him to leave but personally won't take shots at him. If he goes to Arkansas I want to meet and whip him in the Georgia Dome. So I want his success to be limited. Would love to see him beat Miles, Saban, and Chizik.

This. Would wish him the best. I'll always like Phil

your the one that has comprehension issues with "qft"
must be that USCjr education showing it's worth

that is "if" you went to USCjr

You are questioning my education, yet you do not know the difference in 'your' and 'you're'. You never fail to deliver.

SIAP, Phillip Fulmer will be in Fayetteville no later than this weekend to interview for the HC job at Arkansas. Not sure if this a token interview to boost the quality of candidates or the real thing, but it is 100% happening.

Best of luck to CPF, hope he gets it. :good!:

AGAIN; this report was taken from SB Nation, who took it from Clay Travis' twitter feed. I heard Clay's interview with Doug Matthews earlier this afternoon. Doug said he believes that Phillip will be contacted. This interview may very well happen, but neither of these two men [Matthews or Travis], AT THE PRESENT TIME, know more than you or I. The entire segment was speculation about how Arkansas would only hire him as a stop-gap, and that Phil wouldn't be ok with that.

I hope he does to!

Actually saw Phil back in October, lost a lot of weight and looked half of his former self. Wish him the best in whatever he does, he just got complacent in his role here and it caught up with him.
