I honestly agree with this-although I'm happy with how we played, it seems like a lot of people on here are reading way too much into it. GA got decimated with injuries during this game and still won. Remember how we all felt when Hunter went down-how we kept saying that was such a blow it changed the whole game? GA went through that and still beat us at home.

Sorry, I was confused....only teams that beat a top 10 ranked rival in a close game are allowed to celebrate...

My point is that if the tables were turned, not a single fan on here would be complaining...As bad as I hate Georgia, the kids deserved to celebrate a win like that.

Anyone who thinks GA didn't earn the right to celebrate today after a comeback overtime victory is out of touch with reality. Their kids rallied and won when we had taken the momentum. Let them enjoy it.

i agree with you on the celebrating,tacky when it happens on your teams home field

but what i liked about your post,was saying it was a tough road win,i haven't seen that in a while :)

One of the first things I want is render the Dawgs a total smackdown in Athens. One of those dominating type games that leaves them heading for the exits early. They have slipped from our grasp with some last second Houdini moves one too many times.

Some of you will cry over anything... Yeah we definitely ain't the UT of old but still an sec school and they pulled one out in the end and kept their championship hopes alive. I hate it but if we were in that situation I'm sure we wouldn't just walk off the field and say oh well it's just Georgia. Get over it we should of won and we would be celebrating but regardless I'm very proud and this was the most excited I have been watching them play in a long time

richt showed no class after the game was over in the interview on the field. The first thing he shouldve done was to give UT credit for playing hard and giving ga all they could handle.

ga's got an easy schedule the rest of the way---the only decent team they play is fla and ga will beat them easily to win the sec east

Thats what a friend of mine said 'like we were the #6 ranked team and they were unranked'. I also have a little hate! The breaks and therefore the game didn't go our way.

Kind of pathetic that because he chooses to believe in and honor God you chose to call him a prick.

I consider it remarkable that in a world as crazy as ours where people no longer consider anything as wrong, that a few still chose to live with honor, respect and morality.

Good for Mark Richt. Hate that they beat us. Go Vols.
