Not much of a spelling Nazi, but would it kill you to put an 'e' at the end of gone? The phrase itself has a simpleton sound it. Don't compound the problem by misspelling a word that a 6 year old could spell correctly.

Guess they don't teach grammar in the state of Alabama considering that's where he lives according to his username.

Could you elaborate as to why you think Tee will be a Vol? I was interested in your opinion after that whole thing played out, but my post to you must have been lost in all of the other trash. Is it just a gut feeling, or do you have info?

Have a cousin who is on the team with him. He said the whole team was shocked it was Clemson. Family loves Coach Jones and he still talks about the Vols a lot. said Tee was very torn when he made the choice and not as excited as one should be after commiting to a school. Another rid bit around town was that when he approached bleacher report about doing a video it was their choice to do it so soon. That's just hear say. His recruitment has a Drew Richmond feel to me, and not to mention its twenty minutes up the road. So some is a gut feeling, some is some info I have heard around town. My wife is an Oak Ridge alumni and one of her good friends is involved with athletics and they seem to think it will be Vols in the end after we have a great season.

I just think there is to much pull for the Vols in the end. I may end up being wrong and if I'am ill admit it and move on.

I think it would be pretty awesome if he wanted to flip and we didn't have room. Never happen but in some alternate universe it will!

Has there been a more recent update from OV or GFW since the post to the effect that something major would have to happen for Gibbs not to be a Vol?

Any new intel??

This just seems like a bunch of he said/she said. People are reaching for a reason to believe Tee is still in play. Yes, nothing is impossible. But I don't think there is as much of a chance of it happening as people want to think.

Come NSD, I think he is still Clemson.

pretty sure its been settled he is an EE right? If so he would have to change his mind before we are in the national championship game.

Ok then...Why did you say before it was just a gut feeling? That is actually a little more substantial than just a gut feeling...And moving on from that, why punk everybody associated with UT like he did, if he is so torn? Burning bridges is not usually the province of the torn IMO. Was it a idea pushed on him by the Head prick at Clemson and/or the other two pricks that have been pushing him there, to prove his allegiance? More questions are brought up by your post than answers. No jerk intended. Truly curious.

I see your point, but we had the same things to say about Drew Richmond.

How often does a weird situation like that happen though? If Butch can pull this one out of his rectum, I will never doubt again...well not as much anyway :)

I'm sure it wasn't you but many naysayers said the same thing 2 years ago when he signed Richmond! It doesn't seem to matter what Butch does, he seems to be doubted quite often.

I know what I said about Richmond. I said there was no way he was coming to UT, until he showed up on that late visit. But I don't know, I mean how often does that really happen? I mean DR went all in with OM too, just like Tee is for Clemson. It just seems like that pulling it off once was a miracle, but if he does it again..wow. I just don't see it happening again.
