Unfortunately, I don't feel good about Emory Jones. I think if he chooses this summer, he will pick Ohio State. If he waits until the season starts and takes more time to consider the advantages of TN, I think we have a better shot.

I'll admit the Reed stuff had me thinking we had lost him. The visits wasn't even part of my thinking. IF...IF.. 247 is accurate and it's been like 5 months since he's been on campus in Knoxville, WTH. That isn't a little thing.

Honestly I think UGA faithful blew the Reed thing up to be more than it really was. It's not great that he's hanging out up in Athens once a month, but it really could just be an opportunity to hang out with some peers, and it's close. I think Nigel being here is still a big factor, and from things he's said I just think we're very much still in it for DeLo.

Someone follow me up with confirmed info, but I believe he was scheduled to be on campus but had to do something to qualify for the opening, so his mom and sister just came.

Missing out on both Higgins and Gibbs would be tough. 11-1 would go a long way.

You had to have caught on by now. If you want to fit in claim every recruit we've offered, EVERYONE is either a Vol, a Vol lean, or a punk. You get that down and you're in the club.

The other club is everyone is going somewhere else other than Tennessee.

I don't think OV has missed on a Georgia recruit...ever. He is extremely connected. Check his stats. I'll roll with him until he hears different info that tells him it's no longer TN.

That may be true but from 247 Sports in the last month their offer lists now has Georgia listed as "warmer" compared to "warm" for us.

One month ago we both were in the "warm" category. I think that means Gibbs is leaning towards the Bulldogs. Sometimes the truth hurts!

Those "warm," "warmer," "cool" indicators on 247 literally mean nothing. That's the truth.

How do you get that? 247 Sports keeps their recruiting updated daily. If it says "warmer" they have a legit reason as to why that recruit is listed as "warmer" for that particular school.

If it says "warm" they also have a legit reason for it saying that for a particular school. Tee Higgins went from "warmer" to him being "committed" within a few days for Clemson. Isn't that what exactly happened too?

If fans know Gibbs is constantly on UGAs campus(for w/e reason) and hasn't been to UT since mid February it's possible the folks at 247 do as well. That alone could have someone sliding the thermostat to GA. Lots of possibilities.

Sure, they can list a bunch of schools as "warm" too. Then, next thing you know they've committed to one of those schools. That can happen too.

Most of the time if just one school is listed as "warmer" & others are listed as "warm" then they have a reason in doing that. The ones listed as "cool" are not always out but they usually rarely make it to the recruits final cuts.

If they have 2 or more listed as "warmer" then they also have legit reasons for that. Their source has confirmed that the recruit is interested in those multiple schools & has big interest in all those schools listed.

He's listed as "warm" & 6th on the lists because of alphabetical order. You have to expand his list to see UT listed as "warm".
