'20 GA CB Kamar Wilcoxson (Florida commit x3)

I understand there are so many ups and downs in recruiting with fans interacting with you and coaches throwing so much at you as a 17-18 year old kid, but Im confident I wouldnt do it this way. If I was recruited by multiple schools, I’d collect all the facts, discuss it heavily with my family, take visits then when it feels just right, Id commit to the school of my choice and barring a coaching change or something like that I’d be all in. If I know where I’m going, I would get myself so excited by looking into everything I can about my future home. I’d research everything about that school. Go deep into the academic side and look into majors, research every player and coach that made history, every memorable game, every player at my position to model my game after, what restaurants to go to while I’m there because I’d want to know anything and everything about the place I’ll be living in and representing while I’m there. I had lots of options when applying to colleges and almost went to places with better academics, but once I knew I was going to UT, I didn’t look back. I looked forward. And damn am I glad I did

He committed UT cause UF made him mad and now its obvious it was just a pure emotional decision to commit to UT. Not denying the kids talent but we can fill his spot easily and for me unity in that locker room is so much more important. We all really saw this coming. I haven't posted much but try to read news in here everyday. Dealing with some neck issues it is killing me right now. GBO!

I hope you can find some relief, have you been to the DR?

Sorry to hear that! Prayers for you..... Yeah, posting FL stuff kinda gave it away. Seems like the FL commitments are emotional.
