I have two degenerative disc in my neck with arthritis. So I can get two different types of pain. One is nerve which I can handled and the other can be I guess muscle where you get those knots that are unbearable at times. I helped my brother weed it his farm for 5 hrs so I believe that set my neck off this time. Haven't had this type pain in a long time. No golf. I mean that's tragic !!! HAHA!
