'21 GA CB Nyland Green (UGA commit)

I think AT is a solid football player, just not a CB. I think they are grooming Slaughter for the STAR. Tank is also a safety and not a CB. We are pretty thin at CB, especially if Bryce goes pro.
i was talking about the back end in general...i think we have several guys that can play either safety position or star.....not sure we have a shut down corner on the roster?

i can't see BT getting a super high grade, at least not high enough that would mean he should leave early? same with AT? but who knows.

I think AT is a good tackler. and he's pretty good if things are in front of him. it's a little late in the game and we don't have as big a need, but i could see him being a safety...or true Nickel....not a natural CB imo. but i love the way he plays.....

i think Warren Burrel can still develop in to something....but yeah, we need some solid back end guys for sure.

i'm really excited about several guys we have on the roster right now...Key, Slaughter and Mcollough i think will be good for us.
Yeah I would've loved seeing AT get a crack at safety. I'm an armchair coach but could definitely see him playing free safety.

Any word on how Tyus Fields has been developing? I had somewhat high hopes on him.

he's another one, i remember hearing his name during pre season as somoene doing fine....but he's not, iirc, a true corner...still fits that safety/start role moreso than a perimeter guy....but talented.

AT just needs to be more consistent. When he's good, he's SO good. But his mistakes are usually costly. He was a QB in high school who trained like crazy at WR before college to then get switched to CB. I think the consistency is coming.
