They won the state championship shutting down one of the best offenses in the country for a non powerhouse. Redmond/Lewis were huge parts of that

I saw that game and he played well. However, Walton's All American QB suffered an apparent concussion and threw 3 ints and fumbled at least once. I think Walton ws a slightly better football team if their QB had not been injured.

Lewis got the chance to talk with the coaches before the game kicked off including defensive coordinator Tim Banks. “Yes, I got to talk to a few coaches during my visit. I had a good conversation with Coach Banks. He really emphasized how much they believe in my potential and how they see me fitting into their system. They like my work ethic and what I can bring to the team. The main message was that Tennessee is a place where I can thrive, not just as a player but as a person too. They really stress the importance of development, not just on the field but in life, and that meant a lot to me.”

Just south in Atlanta, Willie Martinez will be by Milton to check on Dylan Lewis and Ty Redmond. He will also work other Atlanta area schools during the day.

Dylan Lewis has literally shut down his side of the field all year

34 tackles 1 INT.
They don’t throw the ball his way. Most teams just don’t get a lot of offensive plays vs Milton.

He’s the starting CB for the #2 team in High School football.

Excited about the immense gain he and Redmond will make once they enter our strength and conditioning program. It’s done great for Ricky Gibson too.

Thanks for posting this. Those two committed so early and coverage of them all but stopped. And the recruiting analyst really don’t care about them because there’s no drama to them.
