i'm not sure yet how i feel about eboigbe and haselwood. i think getting haselwood on campus is big, so that's step one. but even if that falls flat, i think we're in good shape with Kahfre Brown, and at this point, i'm not sure i wouldn't just take him? especially if haselwood seems to waiver on whether or not he's gonna visit....Wright, Watson, Gray, and Pappoe are most likely lmo
They can’t block GRADUATE transfers. They can still block standard transfers...and will.
Lol. Mike Farrell. Everything I've seen from UGA and Bama recruiting reporters and insiders says Nolan Smith is much more likely to stick with UGA than flip.Hm....from Rivals
“I think he flips to Alabama. That’s everything I’ve heard. A lot of people think it’s already a done deal that he’s going to do that. I don’t think it’s advantageous. Both programs are great. Both programs would probably use him the same way and he’s going to be successful no matter what.
“Alabama is going to close really strong. It is the best team in the country and always in the top two or three when it comes to recruiting. Last year was a bit of an anomaly, so I think it’ll finish first this year and get a bunch of five-stars to close things out.”
The also could only block them from being on scholarship for that year they had to sit out. They could never block them from attending. I know it is likely you knew that; just posting for others' benefit. The new rule by the NCAA "an expected next step" allows any player to transfer and does require permission from the current program. Does not matter if grad transfer or not. Still have to sit out a year if not a grad transfer but can not be blocked.
Do we have any math geniuses around to look at who we are in the top 3-5 with and give us mathematical odds of likelihood we land some percentage of that list? It seems like we can’t fully predict it, but we can come up with a likely number of commits we have a high percentage of landing. I am too uneducated to know how to do these things. Just tell me to shut up and go post gifs if this is dumb.
