Another one we will monitor heading into the weekend is Christian Gass. He told us early in the week he planned to be in Athens, but on Wednesday, there seemed to be some potential he would not visit for the game as he told us as much. Nothing has been finalized either way at this point, but the Bulldogs are going to work to get him to make the 40-minute drive to campus as they continue to treat him like a priority in the final weeks leading up to signing day.

Tennessee hopes to get Christian Gass back to town this weekend, but we will see if he makes it in given that he plays several hours away from home tonight and would have to be on the road early Saturday to be in Knoxville for kickoff. Regardless, we continue to like the way his recruitment is currently trending. The Vols have done an excellent job of navigating strong pushes from nearby Georgia over recent weeks, and he continues to relay being plenty comfortable with his commitment.

Recruiting has definitely gotten crazier. It's at the point where I'll just react to the roster when I see her shows up to spring practice and who shows up to fall camp
