‘23 GA LB Jeremiah Telander (Tennessee commit)

Telander is definitely a playmaker at LB. He moved up in classification to prove he belongs with the best in GA. This is why I have been saying for months on those who only see number beside our class that our class is as good to me better than everyone in front except the top 3 . Great job staff. He isn’t very fast? I didn’t watch the game, but that sounds contradictory to what everyone else is saying
So you have no opinion other than what someone else said? Thanks for the info.

How fast is he? He runs the 200 meter in Georgia and returns kicks sometimes for his time.
I was going from his highlights. Guy gives everything he’s got but just didn’t look fast. I saw posts saying he was fast but just disagree somewhat. He‘s not slow but, to me, I didn’t see anything that would make me think he has above average speed.

I just need him to be fast enough. Monti Te'o wasn't fast either.

After I watched his highlights I am impressed. He may be good for a personal foul every once in a while with the high tackles or slinging them to the ground but he looked pretty good. It’s not like I break down film. Just an observation.

I was at a sectional track meet for my son a couple of years ago. I walked past the high jump area and noticed this white guy jump 5'10" effortlessly. I stopped and heard someone say he was just a sophomore. It was Telander jumping for North Hall.

My favorite Vol,other than Bobby Majors...QUOTE="onevol74, post: 22192626, member: 16645"]He was fast enough to make 13 tackles in his last game in the GA playoffs. The kid is a tackling machine and disrupts offenses. Reminds me of a 2 star no one wanted, named Dale Jones.[/QUOTE]

This kid has taken a major step this year…I initially thought he was a decent player that could carve out a special teams and backup role while he was here…after seeing his Sr highlights I now think he’s every bit the prospect that Smith and Carter are…hopefully the recruiting services will up his rating accordingly…he’s earned it for sure
