Your point I'm guessing is that Arkansas and Vandy haven't signed talent and especially LBs?

I believe UT won Sampson over Purdue, L'ville, and Vandy. LSU didn't offer in spite of him setting state rushing records at a prominent HS.

So what was your point again?

Sorry. I put my orange tinted glasses on and now realize what a big boy battle it was to steal this kid from the grips of Vandy and Arkansas! Just have to hope Mizzou don’t enter the fray!

Not sure how accurate that is, or what sort of offers they were, but that is the information on his page.

If he really runs a 4.5 at that size then he will contribute somewhere. He seems to have a nasty streak. He blocked three guys on one run and jumped over a person to get the last one if I remember his film correctly.

Really good, physical LB from Atlanta with Offers from UT, AU, Florida, Arkansas, Texas AM, Michigan, Ole Miss, USC, OU, UNC, Louisville, Vandy, UCF, Miss St, UK, Va Tech, NC State….Pace Academy is a really good school. It’s not shocking that he considered Vandy for a bit.

we got this EdEcEko guy a couple posts above being a smartass about the pickup. Folks will cry about anything.

You didn't answer the question. What's your point? You think you know talent better than the staff, right? They took this kid with others still on the board. So he must be in what they consider the first "bucket" of players at LB.

Go ahead and tell us how ironclad those recruiting site rankings are.... There are no good players other than the ones they bless, right? They never miss. Right?

If you don't think he should have been a take then say so. Your post was what bothered me... not your opinion. If you have an OBJECTIVE reason not to like the commit then just say so.
