'24 GA LB Sammy Brown (Clemson commit)

Captain America : very nice read on Sammy Brown
Okay this kid really is like an "American Dream".
I'm not hatin on that at all. Seems very genuine.

There's a huge...huge potential brotherhood/ story line to be formed with he and Ed Spillman.
- both are relentless (shades of Bertier and Julius from Remember the Titans)
- athletically gifted, Brown being born in the heart of the deep south with solid American and moral values.
- Spillman also being raised into a great home by way of God's grace, because he was born from a very different world of struggle and loss.

Just imagine these two side by side, wreaking people's #### every saturday

This needs to be one of those commits that no one sees coming. That "shock the world" commit that everyone talks about every year, but we usually finish second. We haven't landed a LB of this caliber since the Fulmer days.
I think Carter is that caliber honestly but I understand what you are saying…

Honestly, not even then.

I can't recall a LB of his makeup, period.

I'm referring to a top 3, instant impact type LB ratings wise. I'm very high on all three LBs we landed in the '23 class. But we haven't landed a consensus top rated guy since Kevin Simon I don't think.
We have not.
Donald and Brooks were 5 stars , but NOT the top 5 echelon.
