nothing says "stay home, we love you" more than randos barking in your face.He lives about 20 or 30 minutes from Sanford stadium. There are a lot of nut job woofers around his school and everywhere in this town. I live here and I see and hear them everyday. I am sure there is pressure from the outsiders.
I know it’s rare, but sometimes there are ppl that pop in here that actually know a recruit and/or their family. Example-Seldon’s uncle. I haven’t seen ETN pop in any other recruits thread trying to give info. It’s at least a possibility he has info. Why not just leave it alone? This place can be so weird sometimes.
Pretty good synopsis. Would add the kid was a lifelong Clemson fan, not like he grew up as a Georgia fan he just has friends wanting him to go there. Georgia’s success at putting defensive players in the league also helps them. Still think he ends up at Georgia but Tennessee definitely helped themselves.Right now Tennessee made huge move on Sammy's visit and mom does love this area and school. GA is still close to home and Kirby does not want to lose this kid to Vols. Handicapping 50-50 even odds. Great Job staff and Coach Heup getting Vols in serious conversation. In CHRIST Alone
-Chad Simmons, On35-star LB Sammy Brown
The narrative remains the same for me when talking Sammy Brown. I like Georgia as the school others are chasing for the five-star linebacker heading into the wild month of June. Tennessee made a strong impression when he was in Knoxville over the weekend, but the local program looks like it will be tough to beat. Clemson remains the biggest competition.
It's always safest for fake insiders to say Mom prefers their team, because Mom's typically don't give a lot of interviews and when they do they are almost invariably gracious. So next to no chance of being proven wrong, and even if Mom does say something negative you can easily transition into the ole "situation is fluid" narrative.Of course it’s true, it’s almost all pretty much known info - that’s how fortune tellers work. It’s out there who the finalists are. Basic assumptions/declarations can be made off that:
- he’s torn between UT and UGA (no sh*t)
- distance isn’t a factor (we already know the finalists)
- pressure to stay home (he’s a HIGHLY rated kid in the state of Ga surrounded by Ga fans everyday, so duh)
- was all Clemson until recently (yes, the recruiting services told us who was/is trending in this recruitment)
- NIL not a big factor (listen to the kid in interviews and you would guess this)
The only thing could even be argued is who mom/dad prefers.
