He has to be concerned about Luke and how long he will actually be there. I can't imagine he's there for long. I would say 2 years absolute max. That guy isn't staying an OL coach.

I'd love to know his contract details...buyout etc. I'd say 1 year, if that. He was way too quick to jump on this deal, before even testing the waters.
