'20 GA OL Tate Ratledge (UGA commit)

I don’t know man. Why don’t you give us some examples instead of driveling like a star struck teenager? Who was he the primary recruiter for at UT/ Duke that’s got you so impressed. And don’t you dare try to count anyone at Ole Miss. it doesn’t count if you end up on probation.
How about Tate Ratledge.

He’s a David Cutcliffe disciple. Cut brought him along multiple times.

You think UGA hired him and is paying him all that money cause he’s chop liver?

He hired his buddy. Lots of coaches do it. I’m sure he’ll drag him along as long as he can / allowed to.

While you’re searching for examples of Matt Lukes Neids like recruiting prowess I would just like to mention that Sherrer and JP are boys too. And after one mediocre year at DC , JP demoted him and brought a guy from the NFL who he thought would make his team better. Facts are pesky.

So not one example? Got it. Ratledge doesn’t count when Pittman did 99.5 percent of the lifting.

I've never heard of this negative Friend stuff until he didn't turn around one of the worst lines in the country, in 1 season.
Everything else had been positive until he got VN'd. Everything I heard/read anyway.
Basically, a bunch of people blamed Friend for the line last year though he inherited one of the worst line groups in school history and then made significant progress in Year 2, making them look foolish. Consequently, they'll seize damn near any opportunity to save face by resurrecting the narrative somehow, someway, whether it be by giving the credit the improvement to Chaney or Fulmer or by blaming him for not flipping a longtime rival commit in a 6 day window.

Lol. When it literally came down to Luke vs Friend. Ok guy.

Yes. It had nothing to do with the fact that UGA is currently a more successful program or that the player had been committed there for 7 months. It’s just because a random poster told us that he didn’t like Friend? And you’re talking about someone else not being too bright?

Not a random poster. Friend of the family.

Try and keep up.

I bashed Friend as much as anyone when our line played like trash last season, so I won't claim he's the greatest OL coach ever, but I don't believe Chaney turned this line around all on his own this season.
Member all those reports of Chaney practically taking over the OL group in preseason practices? Pepperidge Farms...
