Yes, I would think he’s being widely recruited as an OT. He is at 6’7 310lbs as of Sunday. Would imagine Wanya would move into guard if Ratledge chooses Tennessee. Wanya could possibly end up at guard for a little while either way.Is he universally considered an OT? Keep thinking he popped up on our radar as an OG.
It’s close. I mean a coin flip in all reality. To listen to him talk you could think he was committed to either school. Butch’s administration really hurt the relationship early. Pruitt has done a nice job of salvaging it and may very well win out and The long time affection for Tennessee is still obviously there. The reasons I think Georgia is in the lead is they have the longer relationship and it comes from both Kirby and Sam Pittman. They have done an excellent job of recruiting him and Pittman’s history with elite OL is playing in as well. Ratledge is a kid that has a very level head on his shoulders and will look at every aspect and I think those relationships are the biggest thing right now. Also from listening to his dad talk on Sunday the comfort level is a little bit better with UGA. But again it’s one of those things that is so close this weekends visit to Knoxville could flip it Tennessee’s way.Why do you think UGA has the lead?
