5 Visitors to watch at Tennessee's Spring Game

OL Wanya Morris

Morris, a four-star offensive tackle from Grayson High School in Loganville, Ga., and top-50 prospect nationally, likely will be the center of attention this weekend among Tennessee’s visitors. His trip to Knoxville this weekend will be an official visit and his final look at the Vols before he announces his college decision on May 1, and he plans to choose between Tennessee and Auburn. The Vols appear to be the favorites to land him right now, but it’s an important visit for Morris, with Auburn currently scheduled to host him on an official visit next weekend before he announces his decision.

Until our guys stop saying “UT is in a good spot” I’m not worried. Nothing against you, appreciate the info.

Our guys don’t have info like they used to do and Auburn and Smart are known to have guys troll other schools. If he makes that Auburn visit then to me it’s Auburn.

Yep. In the end he wouldn’t be going if his mind were made up. In one sense it’s good he’s going so Auburn doesn’t have another official for him down the road. On the other, it’s Auburn, they’ve got a healthy program with long term coaching stability and much more recent success. I can see how they could persuade him to go there rather than enter the seemingly perpetual uncertainty of football life at Tennessee.

Momma hasn't visited Auburn, ever. She has visited UT and from all accounts loves it. Until momma visits Auburn these visits are just for fun, IMO.

Assume she would visit on the official though. Not a fan of them having last visit regardless of how good of a spot we are in going into it
