'21 GA OLB Smael Mondon (georgia commit)

From a VQ poster who has said this a few times about Mondion and Kirby Dumb. Actually, Austin Price said UT did not push him for a commitment and I have an old coaching friend that coaches in Georgia VERY close to the situation. He says Mondon is being pushed hard by many there to commit to UGA , but he does not like Coach Smart at ALL. No Mondon never said that UT pushed for a commitment.

Have a bad feeling he’s going to commit to them. Hope I’m wrong.

So because some UGA coaches are pestering Mondon to commit early you think that means Mondon will commit to UGA? I highly doubt that is factoring into his decision. If he chooses UGA, it's because he wants UGA. However, if I was an 18-year old star athlete and I had a bunch of old men screaming at me to commit to a coach I didn't like, that would repel me from committing to that coach, not encourage me.

If anything I feel more confident than ever that it's an Auburn and Tennessee fight and Georgia isn't a factor.
