It's recruiting and Tennessee is on a tear, so I certainly can't rule out anything, but I think people are getting a little ahead of themselves in regard to Mims. He released a top 10 in order a little more than a month ago that had the Vols at No. 10 on his list, so they've been playing catch-up with him. Alabama and Georgia have been widely viewed as the teams to beat, and everything I've heard recently suggests that's still the case.
Tennessee has caught his attention with its hot streak over the past week, and the more guys the Vols land who know Mims, the better their chances of becoming a real factor with him might be. But right now I still think they're chasing some other teams.
