Is he projected at QB?
kristian story - another 2020 standout, the versatile lanett (ala.) star plays all over the field for the defending state champions. On thursday we saw him at quarterback, his bread and butter position, as well as wide receiver, cornerback and safety with his athleticism. Story flashed at all of them, part of the reason he is considered an athlete by 247sports, but the conversation could begin shifting back to the quarterback position as he progresses. The storng-armed tennessee commitment was accurate and pushed the ball down the field and beyond the numbers all day long despite yet to really focus on the position in any offseason, something he's going to do for the first time in 2018 complete with a trip to the manning passing academy later this month. His coach and father, clifford story, said tennessee and other sec programs are considering projecting him solely as a passer now more than ever. Alabama gets him on campus next.

I don't know about this guy, stars don't really mean anything to me. I want to see how he does this year against teams that really get after him. Hunter Johnson was a camp stud, but played scared when defenses really got after him. Trevor Lawrence however showed moxie in his games...
Which one will this guy be more like?

SECOND TAKE: MIKE FARRELL, RIVALS.COM RECRUITING DIRECTOR
He has five-star ability. The question is going to be his ability to move out of the pocket. Were not really going to see that this weekend, but if hes as good as he normally is and precise and goes out there and dominates, hes right in the discussion for five-star.
Hes a little bit methodical, so we have to see if there is a Max Browne factor there. Hes very, very good on film, very impressive since middle school, but we have to see if the ball comes out quickly, if decisions are made quickly and all that stuff. We wont be able to see much of the agility.
Michigan and Tennessee both need quarterbacks. Shea Patterson is an injection of life into the quarterback position for Michigan but he wont be there for long. Bailey would be a potential franchise guy who fits in perfectly in that offense. For Tennessee, I think the same thing. The Vols need quarterbacks, they need big-name guys in the Southeast to commit to them. At quarterback, with his name recognition, it would really make other players take notice of Tennessee.

Looks pretty awesome on highlights
Everybody does...so did Hunter Johnson.
Look..I'm not making a call on Bailey yet, I didn't mean for that to be taken that way. I'm just saying I'm not really a fan of statue pocket QBs in todays game. I want to catch a game of his against a tough defense that gets after him and see how he does.

24-of-39 for 338 yards, five touchdowns against the 7A GHSA state champs last season in the playoffs. Almost all of North Gwinnett's defense will be playing d1 football. He did that with pretty much an overmatched Oline that was all FR and SO's. The whole offense was FR and SO's except for Keyton being a JR.
