Eastside Catholic is a top heavy team in talent. But have only played together 2 years.
Many transfers. And just aren't as tested as Marietta or talented top to bottom this year.

Marietta has an All-American QB and a bunch of other talented guys that grew together and played in one of the toughest divisions in High School football.

Bad matchup even though Catholic has a probably 10 future Power 5 players in that team.

Yeah, they have a ton of D1 kids, but people were joking last night that they would have been 5th in our region. I think the coaching in GA is a hell of a lot better than what I saw from them. ELCA is the A private school champ in GA and they would have blown that school out. Bailey finished with 50 tds this year.

I was talking about Murfreesboro in particular because that’s what I know. Riverdale under Rankin did it for years. Eric Locke was from Cookeville I believe. Now everyone wants to play at Oakland.

Eric's Dad (Juicy) did him a favor by moving him. During that time, and many years before, Cookeville HS was not competitive. Eric was fun to watch during his time at Riverdale. I wish he would not have done stupid crap at Tennessee though. The potential was there!

Bailey is gonna make us all forget whiffing on Trevor Lawrence.

I doubt the services admit their mistake and bump him all the way up to a 5 star, but they lose credibility by not having him already rated as one.

Why you gotta do that to these kids man. Lawrence won a title as a freshman because of a loaded Clemson team. I agree he should be a 5 star but a top 5 draft pick? Let’s just enjoy signing a stud and not put that kind of expectations on a kid 3 days after he signs with us.

He’s not “doing” anything to him. Message board expectations aren’t binding and have no effect on his production.

He has a great group of receivers. Gilbert is a great talent/player, but EPSN is making him out to be one of the best ever to play Lol

Bailey won't get a fifth star b/c hes had good receivers. Of the two games I've seen he deserves to be a 5 star. That last throw was amazing!!!

That's like saying Burreaux should be disqualified from the Heisman because he had talented receivers around him.

Same, I always went to 247 for ratings information as I could not stand the rivals platform. But, the past 2 seasons have made me change my perception of rivals.

HB is criminally underrated. I mean any other kid committed to UGA or Bama with his stats would be a top 10 player on all sites... I mean he would have passed Trevor Lawrence, Deshaun Watson, and Jake Fromm if not for missing 10 games. It’s ridiculous that the recruiting services are too stubborn to admit they were wrong and move him up. Doesn’t matter anyways kids a Vol but still he has been undervalued by the “experts”.
