For sh*ts and giggles, you ought to read the comment section on 247 after RC’s article about Bailey. Ryan is playing the part of Minister of Disinformation trying to support 247’s rationale of where Bailey is ranked. It got a little contentious.

He tweeted we would love the next 2 or something along that line.The tweet was sent right after the game in vegas that DW was at. I hope it means DW has signed with us and maybe some other big name. But me having orange colored glasses on and not wanting to believe we came up short im prob.reading way to much into his tweet. imo jmo

There is no way HB was commenting on DW’s status as a signee, he had sworn to secrecy as did secking and Rusty Mansell even though he didn’t tell anyone of his decision.

Everybody so worried about stars. My cousin who works for auburn as a coach, scoffed at the mention of recruit rankings and stars. He specifically said recruits get bumped based on who they sign with. It’s a bit of a joke.
After what Pruitt has done with the recruits he has brought in, I trust his evaluation of players far more than 247 or Rivals. They should pay the coaches for doing half the work for them.

Probably a little bit of both honestly. I’m sure he knows to an extent what’s gonna happen. With DW wanting this hush lipped I can’t fathom many people know exactly what’s gonna happen, even Bailey. And I only saw that because we know how 17-18 year olds are at keeping secrets
