He always is. He coaches and refs the youth flag teams that have their games on the field below my boys and he is always decked out in Vols gear. I've seen him in Kroger a few times too and same thing.

Quite possibly the most important recruit in a long time. A blue chip QB from a talent rich area who has over a year to help build the class. Bailey alone is a big pickup but the dominoes that may fall because of this could be much greater.
