'20 GA QB Harrison Bailey (UT SIGNEE)

In any ones opinion....where does this young man possibly fit in as far as best recruit in last 10 years....top 10, top 20 ?
I see some very teachable talent and physical ability in the videos but just curious what others see ?

hard to argue that he's not the biggest QB recruit we've had since, probably, Crompton.

but we've had other big time 5* guys commit and play here over the last 10 years.

time will tell. QB's are different. you can build a class around this kid, and you can't say that about every recruit.

2. Pruitt and company knew Helton was leaving for a while and we’re prepared to tell Bailey.

I don’t think that’s what he’s saying. He had said the staffs didn’t even know as of yesterday, I think. He’s just saying since he set the date of this ceremony, Pruitt has kept on him.

That's not what I took from that quote. To me it sounds like "since I announced the timing of my commitment, Pruitt has contacted me every day." Like he was still recruiting him hard right up until the announcement, just in case.

TIFWIW but I have heard that he want's to stay close to home. It's one of those silly "I know someone who knows them sort of things." If that is the case Tenn is a heck of a lot closer to home than Michigan.
