'21 GA RB Cody Brown

Are we just paying these kids now

He's a 4.7 forty at best.

Tough kid. But the coaches have taken two other RB commits before him. Howard is a KR/DB prospect so I don't count him.

This dude has always seemed very excited about the program...yet no commitment.

It seems to me he's down the priority list for the coaches a little bit.

Wright and Evans have home run ability. Wright will be 215 by his freshman season running a 4.3.
Evans is a stud with very good speed.
On top of having Gray, Small, Hodge, Whitehead.

I'm not sure Cody Brown is better than Tee Hodge, and Hodge will be 3rd at best for 3 years on the depth chart.

He’s better than Tee Hodge.

I got to watch Hodge play against DB in the playoffs and I personally thought he shined more in the defensive side. Don’t get me wrk g he played well at rb and has some good runs but offensively I thought AJ Davis was the better offensive player. But that’s just my opinion of seeing one game.

All that’s left to wonder now is which opposing coach turns in Pruitt for potential violations
We all know the Kirbster will be the guilty party especially if we pull the likes of Brown/Mims. He’ll be calling the NCAA office quicker than Saban speed dials Sankey to implement rule changes.

Personally I think Brown is better than Hodge but I like Hodge too. Like Evan's, Brown has tremendous balance and can shake off tackles. It's been a minute since I watched Brown's film but if I recall he explodes through the hole with power.

Brown plays early if he comes. There's no thing as a feature back right now so 5 - 8 carries would be a lot for a true freshman. Most really good teams have 3 or 4 backs that can rotate with no dropoff.

I don't think Whitehead sticks at RB.

If that happens I hope Pruitt torpedoes not only Kirby at Georgia, but also what he helped do at Bama for years. Just burn it all down.

Like his film. Hope he chooses the good guys today. He is already accustomed to taking it to the "chegger boards" though a UT end zone with a Clemson logo just makes my head hurt.
