FWIW MM has a scouting write up in his 247 profile. It essentially indicates he is a great athlete but all sorts of critiques from technique to tackling. No such scouting profile for Slaughter. Maybe he didn't camp much?

That's a fair assessment.
You have to love Slaughter's physical play and his "luck " ,instinct of causing turnovers.
And he's fast with great tackling form.

This is the type of player Pruitt loves. This kid has a high football IQ. It's the reason you see him making big plays in multiple phases of the game. This also makes him the kind of player that can come in and pick up the playbook right away. I really hope he commits this weekend.

I was wrong about MM so gonna say Slaughter got his spot if indeed he does commit.

Wanted both. Their strength complemented each other. I remember the 3 star police’s list of grievances with Mordecai included his lack of instincts for the ball and his highlights mostly consisting of special teams...assume that changed his senior season with gaining that fourth star.

Really wanted MM to be apart of this class... Time to move on I guess. Hope they land Slaughter.

Just my opinion but McDaniel could be a very special CB. I hate that he's going to be playing against us for 4 years.

Slaughter has that same explosive, physical, style of play like Roman Harrison.
Pruitt is killing it in that state.
Roswell is pretty solid program in GA

And actually...it's wide open at CB for the Gators. If he does start it wouldn't suprise me.
