Lilburn (Ga.) wideout Mike Matthews was one of three five-star prospects in Clemson over the weekend.

By the fellow high-profile Peach State prospects with whom Brown has crossed paths at camps and school visits the last two years.
Several important ones, in fact, spent considerable time with and around Brown on the official visit weekend.

Lilburn (Ga.) Parkview five-star athlete Mike Matthews, Buford (Ga.) five-star defensive end Eddrick Houston and Buford (Ga.) five-star safety KJ Bolden among them.

Matthews (6-1, 180), ranked No. 7 in the country, is now being exclusively pursued as a receiver by Clemson.

Tennessee has been trending amid industry speculation and we would tell you there are indeed people around Matthews propagating that impression.

The Vols may well wind up the choice and are slated to draw the final official visit June 23-25.

But we've seen USC get deemed to have momentum too, and our feedback contends that just isn't the case.

Sentiment we've collected is that this is still Clemson versus Tennessee, and we'll find out the preference in due time.

Clemson doesn't give recruits a chance to look around. The fact that he's still planning on visit Tennessee after his Clemson OV says a lot.

I’m still tagging wesco to ou. At least one the cb’s hes gotten has came from their insider. I think it wishful thinking on their part.

They are, but most good parents will help guide them but ultimately let them make their own decisions. I know Brown's Mom Loves TN and wants him here, but he is making his own decisions it sounds like. Hopefully Mom helps him see Through Kirby's BS.

I don't know man..I have lost a lot of single socks thrown in washer and never seen again. And then you eventually end up with 2 socks and the logo on the same side...my OCD cannot handle it. It's a conspiracy by the sock mills I tell ya.
