The “you can’t prove it” gag does seem a bit premature since the story is like... two weeks old?

Does this mean Chauvin is looking like he may get acquitted? I haven’t watched much but all the other police coming out and saying he crossed the line seemed pretty powerful.

But the charge and previous articles have been about underage girls. It appears that is not the case anymore. Are they going after him on prostitution charges?

The sex trafficking phrase lost its bite when guys like Arpaio and Judd started using it to justify their prostitution stings. If this is a pimp supplying of age hookers to Gaetz then it's a non story imo

No, I'd just rather be staring down the barrel of a manslaughter conviction than a pedo/sex trafficking investigation. If I'm doing time, I'd rather have the former on my rap sheet.

So, in my experience, the feds tend to flip people up. You don’t need the kingpin to flip on the mule.

The Greenberg guy seems like the bigger fish based on everything they know so far. So if he’s flipping on Gaetz you might be right.

I’d rather be neither, but if Chauvin gets acquitted he’s still got the Kyle Rittenhouse fan club to turn to.

I don't know, I haven't been following past the day the story broke and he sht himself on Carlson. I don't think he's been charged with anything officially, I'd imagine the Fed's won't bring a case against a sitting congressman where it's not a slam dunk. That the idea of plea deals are being floated suggests a decision to prosecute or not is getting close.

That's true, I'll bet Chauvin would be segregated from the general population. If he wasn't he'd have to join the Aryan Brotherhood post haste or he'd get turned into a pin cushion on his first day in the yard.

Gaetz on the other hand would get turned out within a few hours.

A white cop famous around the country for killing an unarmed black man during an arrest for petty crimes? Chauvin would be at the very bottom of the prison hierarchy in any facility in the country. Pedo priests would get more respect.

That is due to all the blacks in prison who hate the police... and whether it's accurate or not, feel they have been the victim of an unjust and racist system of justice. Chauvin wouldn't make it a week in general population.

There’s been more actual contrarian science against the prophet Fauci in COVID thread from actual medical professionals than there has been “legal analysis” from our forum “lawyers”

BTW how is your Mueller analysis working out? I mean there are no impediments flying cover for Trump in the DOJ now. If it’s as slam dunk as you claim there should be indictments any day now right? 🤡

That’s kind of sad, but ok.

What kind of “legal analysis” would I even offer about an infectious disease? “Covid killed 500,000 people, that’s a lot of life sentences, good thing it only lives 2 days without a host?” That’s silly.

My “Mueller analysis” was never that he was going to be indicted. I’m sure I said the opposite, in fact. So pretty spot on, there. I thought it would have a bigger impact on the election, so I was wrong about that.
