Greenberg (whatever his name is) pled to a charge that carries 12-life. So he apparently didn’t get a bargain on the charges. Some federal districts don’t bargain that way, so I don’t read a ton into that.

He also apparently has a history of making up allegations against political opponents. So, unless he can corroborate his allegations, he’s not a great witness.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes nowhere.

If his lawyer actually pled down to the “deal” that he got when you read it I can only assume he was facing the death penalty... which he wasn’t.

Burn Greenberg he accepted the terms. If Gaetz actually did break the law on sex with minors burn him too. I couldn’t care less if he paid hookers of legal age that’s between him and his constituents. And let’s all get on with our lives.
