This has probably been discussed many times on here, but I assume that everyone is in agreement that Rae is still slowed by her knee injury? She looks quite a bit slower and much less explosive than last year. Im impressed with how she’s played this year considering I didn’t even think she would be back this year. Great win by the ladies tonight. Good Shooting cures a LOT of ills for a team. Any way, just wanted to see if my comment about Rae is held by most fans or I’m seeing something that isn’t there.

Ole Miss can't we beat them and own the tiebreaker. We eliminated them tonight with this win and are at least the number four seed.

In a direct tie, yes. In a 3 way tie with UF we actually lose to both if OM beats SC because the 2nd tiebreaker is record against top opponent

Well this team is certainly never boring. Who would have thought a scoring outburst like that with Rae having an off night? Also poor Puckett for whom the basket had a lid.

But Darby's best game, one of Key's finest, and a very solid game by Walker were enough. Dye was way better tonight also. Sure helps get the ball inside when the opposition lacks any height! 27 assists on 35 fgs? I may never see that again in my natural life.

Rae has got to get fixed. The fall and sprawl is painful in every way and causes a ridiculous number of TOs. She had 4 or 5 in the first qtr! KJH has to get her under control somehow.

I'm going to be sooooo disappointed if BK did something dumb! Who does that in this situation? Hope she's back soon.

LSU is going to be so much tougher! But I would never count these LVs out.

Even had we lost, Ole' Miss already has 5 losses and by way of tie break, we would be the number 4 seed. At no point can we be lower than a 4 seed even if Ole' Miss wins out.

I often post about shooting the ball in rhythm. One of the ways to ensure that happens is never shoot a bad pass. A good example happened to night. Burrell was having a tough shooting night but had just made a three, to open the third quarter. Then, after Darby made a three, Burrell caught an off line pass, she could not handle, and dropped the ball. She tried to recover and hurried to beat the close out but her shot was way off. It reminded me, bad passed take you out of rhythm. Don't ever shoot a bad pass.

Never mind, I see my mistake. We would still be 4 the second tiebreaker would still win based on UF beating OM as well.

Second tiebreaker would be wins over USC which if OM wins out they would have

We would be 1 and 1, UF would be 1 and 1, Ole Miss would be 1 and 1 so if the beat SC they would be 2 and 1 Florida 1 and 2 Tennessee 1 and 2. If they beat SC they deserve the 3 seed.

Rae's problem is not her knee, it's her head. 50 first dates with Rae, it's like her development last year never happened. For some reason, she's reverted to thinking she's a finish at the rim player and she isn't. She's a much better outside and midrange shooter. But she will not stop forcing things inside which I cannot understand at this point. KJH mentioned looking at film with her; you'd think an embarrassing look at those crazy falls and heaves would change Rae's mind. I don't get it. At all.

BTW I was wrong about Darby. She's getting her shot off so much faster now.

Florida didn't beat Ole Miss or South Carolina and only won over us. We beat Ole Miss lost to Florida and Sc, Ole Miss beat florida lost to tennessee SC to come.

Over and over and over again. That's what I don't get. Dozens of bad decisions with embarrassing results. How bout don't do it anymore? She has so much positive to offer but hides her offensive light under a bushel of wild drives, falls, and turnovers.
