Not really partner cause you do not know how many teams have the same issues but since your handle is Memvol i understand your expertise! They only play 6-7 players at most!! And hit hard by injuries... Let's see..Green,Marta,Horston,..all would be playing good minutes if healthy!! Good enough partner???
Rae tweaked an ankle a week ago. Wonder if it is the same ankle? Lots of bumps and bruises at this time of the year.
I don’t know that I have ever seen a player make such a jump in one year like Rae. You could obviously see her athletic ability as a freshman and last year she showed flashes as Kellie made her start on the bench to watch the flow and then go into the game. But goodness this year! Wow!!
Definitely all sec.
Name another SEC team with 4 quality minute players out or injured . And we have a one legged starting point guard. Also got Rae has been banged up for a month. So yes, they are tired and worn out...Not really partner cause you do not know how many teams have the same issues but since your handle is Memvol i understand your expertise!
I have been wondering for the last two games why she takes Key out at critical times and leaves in Kushkituah. I understand this my opinion, but Key is faster, a better rebounder, and a better scorer. Missouri almost got back in the game because Kushkituah could not close out and defend the jump shots. It backfired when Kellie chose to do that at Georgia and was afraid the same thing was going to happen tonight. I realize she is the coach but I was wondering if there was a reason
Rae will be the only bigtime scorer next year, if Rennia does not return.
I think Striplin is physically ready for college ball..One thing about Coach K,,,she uses the first part of the season to see what she has,,,,Striplin, Puckett, Wynn and Miles will get some good opportunities to break into the rotation,,,just as Jordan W, Destiny and Marta did this year....they still get minutes in SEC and EOY play....Out of thoser four, there will come an x-factor,,,maybe two, maybe 3!
My prediction of most rookie minutes:
Striplin
Wynn
Puckett (Unless Puckett hits the ground hitting 3's)
Miles
