Glad to see Jasmine Franklin feeling good today. She has been a huge energy boost today with her defense and toughness. That sequence with the block/steal on Lockett and then the and 1 layup was huge.

She also ignited our big run with her charge earlier in the game drawing the second foul on Lockett and forcing her to the bench. Big time minutes for a final year player.

In the 2nd half, I hope to see Rickea get going a bit. The refs aren’t giving her any calls. Meanwhile, Lockett is getting every call. We need her confident going into the S16.

Only player not having her best game is Jackson and she is not playing badly, just not dominantly like she usually does. Nice to see the team carry some of the load for her so she doesn't have to pull us along. I bet she appreciates it.

They went like 4 for 28 from the three. You can't shoot like that going to be tough to win. They were at 34 percent going into that game. If they shoot 34 percent of that 28 attempts they make about five more which was plenty points to win the game.
