Wow. Ugly disjointed.disappointing. Too much rotation experimentation. Can we please settle down and flow in the second half

Well, that sounded like a very poorly played middle school game on the part of most of both teams!

Trasi picking up 3 was big for us. She is a very physical player and can score the ball. Really going to limit her tonight.

Need to go right at Mitchell in the second half. A quick third foul will have her rattled.

If we play defense like that in the second half their guards will struggle. We’re too big and too quick for their itty bitty guards. They’re speedy, but one of our steps is three of theirs lol.

I thought something weird happened with the score as well. They seemed to correct it, but then took it back off?

Kam is playing because Lou is in foul trouble. You can’t put Lou in and risk her getting a 3rd foul because this game will likely go down to the wire. She is less of a liability on offense and defense than KK against a team with this type of speed. Coach Harper learned from her mistakes against UConn which is why you’ve seen more McCoy and Kam rather than KK in this game.

Passing got to be better to many telegraphed passes. I really wish we were a better team at this point of the season the truth is not much has changed since the season began other than maybe defensively. If I was the coach I would be harping about the rebounding that have given them a huge shot advantage even though they haven't made many.

Sometime Horston does exactly what she should do and more than half does something totally wrong. She definitely has been slow to understand and I'm sure it has been told to her a lot.

Those of you older, like me: it seems to be that so many more of our young women used ro come out of high school ball more ready to play back in the 70s and 80s. Is my mind mid-remembering? I just remember freshmen being more ready to play...
