Nah. Establish dominance from the get go. If the player they simply couldn't guard had played the first 5 or 6 mins, the game would never have been close. Our early didling let them mentally in the game.

Really proud of the ability to withstand what they threw out. Mostly bc we knew we could score at will.

Great opening night win despite the TOs Good coaching getting Tess out when they were making run her player was getting to easy of looks. Road W all that matters. Alabama will be better than Fla Sunday. Watch film get shots up and start league play 2-0. In CHRIST Alone

A Lady Vols win, love it..Two observations, if the opponent is running a 4 guard lineup, Puckets has the play the 5, or lose minutes because she can't guard perimeter players, love her but just too slow for that..Coach & Jackson has to fix whatever issues they have because Jackson can keep us in any game the way she can score..She will get a professional basketball check after she leaves Tenn, not sure Kellie will if our record is not Tournament worthy, & Jackson doesn't have the same minutes as Horston..

Agree that we need to play her like Zig....she can give us that spark. Maybe 30-32 minutes.

The Karo, Buckett, Darby, Jordy, and a PG lineup is working for us in the opening 4-5 minutes

Florida with all those guards is a maddening line-up. Really couldn't play Jill tonight much against that

Jackson off the bench is not a bad idea. It keeps teams on their feet. She does tho have to realize that jordan and her have to play together. They need to each average 30-35 mins a game

we won and I am pleased with that but we will have to play better if we want too be at the top half of the SEC. We need to play our best players as much as possible.

Good win--a win we had to have. Didn't see the game but if one looks at the stats one might wonder how we won it. Made only 2 3s on the night;
had only 8 assists vs 23 (yikes) turnovers. However, we killed florida on the boards--out-rebounded the gators by nearly 20--and of course Jackson's big
night is the big story. Sounds also like we played fairly good defense. Good win.

Actually, if Rickea says she likes coming off the bench and the results stay this good, I could live with it. Ordinarily,I don't care if player likes it or not. But in this case, RJ was removed from starting as punishment and until that's restored it still feels like punishment. And wildly inconsistent with her current production. But if she's ok and it works . . .
