Game Thread Lady Vols at Kentucky

I'm just glad that the LVs defeated Texas A&M. At least the out-right possession of the SEC conference title is not on the line. These officials are frauds.

Exactly what I was thinking. You have to take care of business when you have the chance.

Well, at least we know now they didn't call a charge at the end of the first half because they just didn't know what a charge is.

We are lucky KY is not that good on the offensive end.

Against a good team, with this officiating we would have been blown out in the first half.

That was exactly what happened last year on the road against Stanford. Those refs were even worse than today if you can believe that.

Seems like most of Tennessee's shooting is drawing iron or coming up short as the game wears on, which is a pretty good sign of fatigue. Their legs are just gone at this point. With only seven active and two of those injured but playing, I am not surprised at all. Just fight through and regroup for the SEC tournament, and a chance to repay this loss back to 'em.

If KY plays A&M in the tournament they will be taking them out in body bags if they assign this crew.

"Burdick getting a little too physical there on defense." *snort*

I hate games like this because it destroys the credibility of the sport. This game will go in the standings just like every other game and it will be used to determine seedings etc...

But this game was nothing like the other because it was played by a completely different set of rules... and not even the same set for each team.

And I will say this... UT gets jobbed more than any team in the NCAA. You NEVER see UConn get worked over like this.

If you don't think 30+ turnovers is sloppy play, I would have to question your knowledge of the game. Seriously...not snarkely.

You ass.
I have agree that your knowlege base of actual bb is non existent. You think the 30 alleged turnovers might be because Mitchell allows his team to play like thugs?

To many turnovers in the last several games. We really need to go back to basics and keep the ball out of trouble avoid the double teams and not rush so much.

LMAO

Great stuff. The "jobbed more than any tem in te NCAA"
was truly inspired.

Never in my life have I seen a call like that! I would still be getting an explanation how you can call a block/charge and another player shoots the ball and scores with two players on the floor! They would have to T me up a couple of times!!!

I am just going to state the obvious, when you are getting fouled multiple times on every possession you are going to turn the ball over. When one team is allowed to get away with things that are against the rules you are going to lose your composure. I assumed your inability to realize that was from lack of experience.

I apologize if it was due to stupidity instead.

My bad.

Hopefully we will see them again and we need to be ready to play. If they get physical and the Refs let the game be played like the team has to be physical back and Holly has to get on the officials if they are not calling game evenly.

Bad way to end the season but we are still SEC Champions now hopefully we'll go win the tournament as well.
