And if you read the BR Advocate you would have learned that Ariel Massengale laid a "bone-crunching charge" on Jeanne Kenney in the 2nd half.
I almost came out of my seat when the ref called that a charge, but given the benefit of the doubt, the only thing "bone-crunching" was Kenney's posterior from the landing after throwing herself to the floor in order to get the charge call.
Am I the only one who wishes that more time was spent by coaches on the fundamentals and less on how to act to get a foul/call your way? In both the men's and women's games nowadays you see so many exaggerated reactions (players flinging their bodies around and flopping to the floor at the slightest touch) that it is almost pathetic. What happened to playing the game with integrity?
