Diamond was the problem tonight.... We moved the ball and we're making shots and built that 12 pt lead going into the 4th quarter only for holly to sub diamond in the game the rest of the way and things fell apart! We only scored 8 points in 15 minutes! Totally pathetic

I think they are nearing that point. Andy Landers made a good point and that was that State wanted the game much more than the Lady Vols did. Holly made stupid substitutions and also had them playing not to lose..This team could easily end the season at 16-13.

I think based on body language and facial expressions when Holly says things (Nared, Moore, Middleton, Diamond, and Cooper) are already there

Holly is so "proud" and so "pleased " w her team tonight ! Has anyone brioken the news to her that her team scored 3 whole points in the entire 4th quarter ?! lawd.....

Can't blame Diamond, the coach shouldn't have played her, Diamond only shot the ball 5 times tonight (1-4)

Diamond's been the problem in a bunch of games...throws the ball away, wave-by defense, no boxing out, and only wants to play with her bestie. More time on the bench would be addition by subtraction for the team.

I'd rather see a talented player coached up, but that's not going to happen

There is no chemistry when diamond comes in the game.... A different team emerged as soon as she came into the game....don't get me wrong diamond is very talented but the team played completely different with her in the game.... Holly is to incompetent to fix the problem so we will keep losing and losing and losing........

I noticed Middleton looking disgusted while Holly was talking during one of the timeouts.

I think the players know they are being put in a position to lose and they just aren't willing to put out the effort to overcome it anymore. That is what we have relied upon in the past. We would play harder and use our superior athleticism and talent to win. That **** isn't flying anymore.

Things are about to get ugly. The team doesn't really have anything to play for. You can say the NCAA tournament is still a goal but do you think they really want to go in as a low seed and then get the crap kicked out of them by UConn or some high seed in an early round? Even I would rather they missed the tournament than to see what would happen to them fi they made it in.

The teams we lost to were ranked better than us and on the road and close games so really no reason we should drop but it wouldn't surprise me if we did.

Teams like Tennessee, UCONN used to have superior talent to almost any other team in the country but slowly over the past 6-8 years it has spread and now thanks to girls high school basketball being better coached and girls learning at a younger age more and more teams (South Car., Notre Dame, Baylor, Stanford etc..) have that same talent across the country and its now trickled down to other teams in the conference as well.

The players are been failed by the coaching staff. the "Head" coach can't even get her substitutions right. she doesn't know how to make in game adjustments and still doesn't have an answer for when teams goes zone against Tennessee. She needs to hold herself accountable and realize that she is the problem.
