It's mind boggling. ND isn't nearly as talented this year as they have been in the past, yet we have more talent than we've had in many years, at least on paper and we still get owned by ND. this is going to get ugly

They kill...KILL...Tennessee at the guard spot. Allen, Mabrey squared, Cable and Ogunbowale put Tennessee's guards to shame (counting Nared/Deshields as forwards).

Tennessee, however, should have the advantage in the post. With Russell's height and body, she should be owning Turner in this game. Graves also matches up favorably against Westbeld.

Dribbling is the least of her problems. She's out of her league against teams with athletic, skilled guards.

She's a freshman. Holly needs to slow her down.

It took Izzy until her junior year to start playing tough inside. Mercedes reminds me right now of where Izzy was in her sophomore year - capable of so much more than she's giving us. I'm not sure why it takes our posts so long to develop mental toughness.

She's probably doing some spectacular stuff in practice that just isn't showing up on game day.

Easy to do without the pressure of someone defending you.

She's been great against the Division I-AA and Division II schools on the schedule. She would be a star playing for an Eastern Tennessee or Central Arkansas.

Frankly speaking, the upper echelon teams look like they are too fast and too strong for her to play her game against.

Goes to show that Muffet is a great recruiter and recruits the right players for her system. They are well disciplined and understand what their coach wants them to do.
