I think what you meant to say, rather than "The board is full of opinions. . ." is that the board is full of speculation. And, unfortunately, that speculation is frequently founded on nothing more than the typist's observation of the most recent play/report, without any more information.

Although Deer Park 12 is not a trainer, he is more intimately involved with the Lady Vol program, in general, and the softball team, in particular, than you could ever claim to be - unless you are one of the coaching staff! And, yes, this is my opinion bolstered by my personal knowledge of the factual circumstances!

Glad we have a catcher coming in next season. Lockman is good behind the plate but a terrible hitter. We really need some hitters at catcher and center field.

Yes our catchers are hitting less than 200 each! Neither is great in defense or offense. Shipman should come in and take that job over if she hits a lick and i hear she can. We will miss MG next year from the offensive standpoint and defensively and i don't see any one on the roster who can come close. Really hope the newcomers can do something. JMHOpinion:)

Walking batters always gets you in trouble. Umpire missed a third strike call on a better definitely was a strike that he did not call. So with two outs tied 4 to 4.

Bama choking one away another walk and another walk. Four walks in the inning by Bama can't throw a strike glad to see were not alone.

Walked the bases loaded then got a line out. To the bottom of the seventh 4 to 4.

If LSU holds on to beat Arkansas, and they are up 5-0, then LSU will be the 5th seed. That would put us against LSU-Ole Miss winner.

I hope Florida pitches Barnhill on Thursday. If we win our first game, we would probably be facing Ocasio on Friday.

Yes a tougher draw and better pitcher even though we did beat them at home.

Ralph was on Sportsanimal this morning with Brian Rice. Anyone know what he said was wrong with Matty and whether or not he expects her to be available this weekend?
