Ralph makes me think about some of his lineups but this Maryland coach taking out a pitcher with a 1.90 era for one with a 3.90 era and a person that walk 4 batters every seven innings is totally strange. Thank you we needed that were not hitting the other pitcher much at all.

As it was explained on the radio broadcast today, she goes from the rosin bag to her pant leg, then to her wristband. Sometimes she skips the pant leg and goes directly to the wristband, which is supposed to be ok. The umps incorrectly applied the rule and said it did not count. Got an illegal pitch for a foreign substance, then a second. The second illegal pitch with a substance is an ejection.

The umps weren't going to eject her, but the Hawaii coach pulled out his pre-highlighted rule book. Sounded like a set-up with umps that only call games in Hawaii, based on the way it was described on the radio.

Sad that umps who only do Hawaii games would resort to this crap are even sanctioned by the NCAA period.

So it came down that he was accusing Arnold of cheating very low and disgusting for anyone coaching a softball team.

As someone mentioned that they only do Hawaii games because of the distance to states i guess we will not see them again anyway but still bush league umps if that is all true.

Florida on the verge of getting run ruled by Georgia for the 2nd loss in the weekend series. Both games started by Barnhill

I think the Refs have their eye on her and that crow hop this season. I hope Georgia wins all three we have them later at home which would give us a shot at getting out to a big lead in the conference if we take care of teams in between now and then.

That means #3 UF has lost twice this week,
#7 Texas A&M once
#8 LSU once
#6 Oregon got beat last night 6-2 by UCLA
#9 Arizona lost once this week
#10 Arizona State lost once
#13 Baylor also lost once
#14 Auburn lost once
#16 Cal lost to #25 Oregon State
#18 Ohio State lost once this week
#25 Oregon State lost to *16 Cal

and the week is not over yet

You may be right we may need Georgia to lose tomorrow. Their pitcher got called for an illegal pitch today. She has a little crow hop as well but not as pronounced as the Florida pitcher.

My comment is I find it hard to believe an umpire crew would flat out collude and cheat. Maybe suck at their job? But I guess anything is possible

Tennessee pitchers need to pitch a simulated inning before the game, they are always shaky in the 1st inning.

They need to work on cutting down on hit batters
