End of Q1: Our freshmen are playing a bit nervously right now and we've gotta get better about shot selection. Really impressed with the defense so far, though!

Hard to say much against this level of competition, but our shooting is not as good as I would have hoped. We've missed a bunch of layups and minimally contested 12-15 jump shots.

1at half 36-13... eh... not overly impressed but definitely see some positives. I’m going to blame a lot on the nerves of the players and learning the the coach’s new system.
