I am just now watching the game. I am struck by how unatheletic Alabama looks or maybe it's just that Tennessee is far more talented? I mean Alabama is missing layups badly. I know there is only a few games left in the regular season but if someone could teach Tennessee how to lay the hammer down they would be alright.

Are you seriously retarded? Little school? No. Better ranked than UT in fact. Campus sits in the middle of the Acela corridor between NYC and Boston. New England is beautiful. Hate UConn all you want but at least be intelligent about it.

If warlick and those girls, ladies had one fourth the energy he has we would win most of our games. I would think his inspiration would carry over unless someone else puts out his fire!:)

Yeah, he’s been great for us. Our conditioning over the years have picked up, because of him. We used to blame losses on fatigue, but that’s not really an issue anymore.

Bingo. She played 3 qtrs like that. Hayes gave up on plays too. But I can guarantee that if CHW sat their ***** on the bench for the remainder of the game, the Tenn fans would be even more livid than they are about the final score.

I wasn't going to watch the LV crapshow anymore after we laid down for Miss St. But I wanted (needed) to see TN best bama in something, and since we own them in TBA-blah yada...

So yeah, I'm sorely pissed. I'm more mad at myself for thinking prior returns guaranteed future earnings, so to speak. When really, nothing is guaranteed anymore. We used to own the Southern Conference until Holly lost to UTC twice. We totally owned the traditional bottom half of the SEC too, and now they routinely spank our tush.

Alabama football after the Bear squeezed a few lemons until they got back to the top
with Saban. Kentucky basketball after Rupp has sent national championship coaches packing for not winning enough - and they may pull the trigger on Cal, too.

Whereas Tennessee LV Basketball, the third jewel in the SEC crown, now appears content with life outside the top echelon of the women's game. There's just something profoundly sad about that.

UConn ranked #18 in the country
Utenn ranked #46 in the country

I'm hoping the LVs draw somebody like Uconn or Notre Dame in the first round. It won't be pretty, but I'll consider it a mercy killing. Hell, it might do more good for the program than we realize.

We weren't shooting the ball that well and we let it affect our defense. Terrible defense much of the game. Giving 40 minutes of total effort is no longer the goal of this team. A promising season going down the drain on to softball.

I was thinking about this and if we lose the next 3 and the first round of the SEC tournament is it possible the NCAA seeding would be 8/9 in the Albany region?

After this loss, I was not upset and that is a relief. Before, I would be mad and sulk for a few days after a loss.

I listened to HW and Mickey postgame show, she was lost, totally clueless, no solutions to the problems. Stuttering, stammering along. Her being the face of this program is an insult to the program.

I don't think all that would happen. They would have to be incredibly unlucky and unmotivated for that. I think worst they can do is a 5 seed. I think they are still in the picture for a 4 seed for the NCAAs. Unless they lose to someone awful in the SEC attorney I think they are okay. They probably beat Missouri and South Carolina could go either way.

Not gonna lie. This one really hurt.

It seems like very few of our hs AA play frequently consistently at that level. Do they take it for granted? Do they not have something to prove?

I have to laugh at the SEC tv announcers and their proclamations of future WNBA stars.

I doubt they win at Florida. Florida is doing so much with so less and have a very promising young coach. They played Texas A&M close on the road last night.
