No, I'm a Realist! While Evina is a pretty good player for a freshman, why not mention Rennia, or Anatasia? They play hard, give all they have for the team. There's been games where Anatasia ran the team as well or better than Evina. I don't see her getting all this praise. let them grow into being a star, instead of anointing them "Star" status before they play the meat of their schedule. Having fun is ok, as long as you don't go overboard. Go Lady Vols!

Because you BROUGHT Westbrook up so why would we bring another player into a discussion that you started about a specific player!

But yes, Annie and Rennia both are playing really good and I think they are all crucial not only to the team success but each other’s success as well!

Serious note: my problem was attacking evina’s character... why would she celebrate an opponent getting hurt? I mean that’s not only questioning her integrity but also her upbringing and everything I’ve seen about her family said they are quality people by the way they treat people and their interactions with us fans! So I think the previous poster needs to retract that statement as I doubt she was dancing because of an injury🙄 Incase you didn’t know Racer we were up in that game by the way✌🏾

Oh by the way not only did you seemingly attack her character then you asked posters did they go to school which could ALSO be viewed as a slight. So if you were trying to prove you weren’t being negative or attacking ones character you failed... EPICLY!

I went back and watched it and at the 1:38 mark when Macy Morris was out and she didn’t dance or anything she was intently listening to the instructions that Holly was giving. I wanted to be sure I didn’t miss something you’re eagle eye did! Welp i didn’t!

Alright I’m done with this topic... Evina has been a good player for this team and if there was anything I am sure it was addressed and being the seemingly great person she is I am sure she listened and it made her a better person 😂. She doesn’t need defending and her dancing doesn’t take away they held an opponent to under 50 points old school LV style. Uhmm feel free to respond but you’re not getting anymore energy from me. Not worth it.

I love Annie and have watch her career in high school, AAU, and watched every state tournament games she played in..... I have not seen Rennia play until this year. Westbrook’s game is so much different from the other two players!!!!! You are showing your knowledge of the game with your off the cuff comments. If Annie was playing just as well as Evina then SHE would start instead of Evina!!!

They all were Macdonalds All Americans and played in that ALL STAR game and the Michael Jordan ALL STAR game...... Are they STARS ???? I guess it depends on your definition of a Star. These girls have been STAR BASKETBALL PLAYERS for years now!!!!!! They are the reason we are undefeated.

Where would we be with Tea, Alexa , and any other player you want to name..... They left with Diamond and all we have now are these so called NOT STARS.

For what it's worth, I smiled when I saw Evina's playful dancing because I was happy she'd had a strong enough game to feel entitled to allowing herself to enjoy a light moment.

With how ugly we adults have made the world these days, it's a miracle that young people can still feel any joy or even want to have fun.

We've had many teams over the past decade that, sadly, never looked like they were having fun, and results were, at best, spotty. I've often wished they'd stop overthinking and over-pressing and just relax and play.

Personally, I'm happy they seem to be able to enjoy the game experience!

Nobody has annointed anyone the “star.” Stop putting words on people’s mouths. All our freshmen are very talented and their combined talents are amazing and will only improve these next few years.

Well (Huff, huff), what about Davis and Hayes...? They weren't DANCING!!!

007racer is so "all hole and no donut," he would starve in Krispy Kreme.

It's funny, I can remember during the Meek era, some LVs loved to dance on the sidelines--Jolly, Elzy, and Randall in particular.

Wow it’s amazing how trolls evolve. Now that we’re having a pretty good year and things are looking up, and there’s not much to be negative about, a troll appears and attacks, of all things, a 18 year old freshman point guard, because she was dancing on the sideline during a media timeout, where no one on the bench was doing anything, coaches included, while the refs were straighting something out!

I am not directing this at you specifically but I find this obsession over Holly calling time outs (shared by many posters) to be odd. There is something to be said for players learning to play through bad stretches. Mitchell called quick time-outs in the first quarter and what did they really do for KY.

Coaching mainly happens on the practice court and film room. Yes, there are some in game adjustments but a coach can do that on the fly without having to take a TO.

In some games, Holly saving TO came in very handy late in the game when she used them to advance the ball up the court.

The LVs totally outclassed KY today even with their star having an off night and Davis and Hayes not looking great.

Yes, they will need to play better but it is almost inevitable that the first game back from the holiday break will be a little rough around the edges. I am actually surprised at how good the LVs looked in the first quarter.

and if you remember past history we seem to never play well in those games with noon starting times.

wow what a lurch!! Did you ever stop to figure that the music was playing and she just got caught up in the music? Have you never heard music and found yourself automatically moving to the beat? I an old fart and I do it!!
