Holly ruined our rhythm when she started substituting and then never called a time out when we were losing momentum and focus. That is unacceptable even for an inexperienced coach. I want these players to be able to extend their season, but Warlick does not deserve to coach in the NCAA Tornament.

Called Cal out for this very thing and was told it was normal to sit on your hands...

There's always a few passes that people make which have no chance of ending in a good result. And a few passes that players aren't anticipating. And a few passes too far ahead of a player in a transition. A few passes that don't put the receiving player in a good position. And a few just straight giveaways. It's astounding to see how consistent Tennessee has been at committing those sorts of errors. One could be forgiven for thinking that many of those situations are coachable -- and conversely, that many of those situations are caused by the team not knowing what they're supposed to do.

This game was 100% winnable based on the way we are shooting the ball. The two things killing us, turnover and fouls, only happen to teams who's coach allows it to happen.

Well coached teams don't tend to have those problems because they understand it just isn't acceptable. Holly has not once held a player accountable for their turnovers. It has been a problem for Jackson her entire career and it never improved, not even a little bit. Mostly it got worse because she was allowed to continue making sloppy plays for 4 years and never rode the pine for it.

There's nothing special about any of the top teams in the SEC. The difference between them and Tennessee is the Coaching.

Yeahbut... Only 15 fouls, for a splendid Fouls to Fieldgoal ratio of 75%. We've done much worse against some of the cupcakes that beat hollyball.
