40-38 UT up by 2 at the half.. OleMiss’s Muhammad is 6-7 from the 3.. 22pts.. team fell apart in 2nd qrtr..

Referees not calling Ole Miss when they are throwing their weight around. Our passing is ridiculous. Our defense was really good until Muhammad (sp?) got hot and UT can't find a way to stop her. Another big lead blown. IDK...hard to watch. We should be blowing them out at home. We did make a lot of good hooks early and a few layups. Cmon Lady Vols.

We played some of the dumbest basketball in that second quarter that any team can play. I guess it is going to happen all season not going to get smarter or better. They just let that girl making the threes have her shots not trying to keep the ball from her or even guard her that close.
Starting to turn it over with terrible decisions and some really awful shots.

I have no words. Why are we going over five minutes without a point guard? What the heck is happening? Who’s idea was it to let MeMe and Jaime run point?

Drive, kiddo. Take it to the hoop and "see it go in" .... She can't be afraid to pull the trigger to break out of this, but she has to know "what" to force...Her will,.

Nared & Jackson love to dribble and shoot, that is for sure. Well if every time you do pass you throw it away, then at least get a shot up lol.

We lead 40 to 38. What a terrible quarter. What happened to us playing at least decently for a game? I don’t remember this against Stanford or Texas. Maybe our team (or coaches) can’t handle a season of basketball

And meme hasn’t hit a shot since the ND game. PLEASE stop shooting!! I know they had to have talked about not taking jumpers right off the bat when teammates aren’t in position to rebound but meme cannot help herself. She needs to find a warm spot on the bench

I think she better get the starters back in there and win this game. That lineup we had for most of that quarter with no point guard is ridiculous. I'm trying not to say anything about Holly but is getting harder she just let huge leads vanish without any concern.

Sorry to see Rennia, Hayes, and Westbrook have to sit with two. They seemed to be in a good flow and the spacing was better.

I thought the offensive charge calls were pretty bad....

Then you have players like Meme and Nared trying to consistently set up and runs plays instead of playing their natural roles. Ugh!

Holly may have to scrap that 2 foul rule to keep either Annie or E on the court.

they consistently do the same thing over and over in every game. They look like the best team in the country, and then turn into a junior high school team.

They are so eager to play the offensive side of the ball they are like pfft we don't need any defense. Then when they can't score they really stop caring about defense at that point. Consistency, consistency, consistency.

Two fouls on both Evina and Annie... with them being so aggressive may have been a smart move but you can tell a noticeable drop off without them on the floor. Meme nor Nared are point guards.

We again are trying to hit the homeroom pass.

Holly has ten fouls at point guard one of them needs to be in there. I wish the freshmen didn't foul so much they are much better players than any of the upper classmen. We got to come out and play a great third quarter if this game is close in the fourth we'll choke it away.

I actually think had they done what you said "set up and run plays" they wouldn't be sailing the ball out of bounds and getting charge calls. Who is the leader on the court? I can never tell. That may be part of the problem. Maybe Holly doesn't take time outs to force someone to lead on the court and settle down and it's just not happening.

Ole Miss is going to put the double and triple team on Russell they know they can get some turnovers that way because were not smart enough not to try to force it in there. If some of the other players don't step up and make some plays this might be a loss.
