They'll survive this one. It looked sketchy for bit. I think I finally figured it out. I think it's hard to say what you are going to get from quarter to quarter which was a theme the last 2 seasons. The main difference this year is that they have more options. They have 6 real options this seasons where the last two they only had 3. That's the difference and it's lead to significantly less losses even with some of the same problems.
1:09 time out. Game pretty much done. That 22-6 run killed Ole Miss. Tennessee D came Aline after that intentional tripping foul and banging on Hays. The play better when pissed for sure.
75-66 and that shoul be it. Ugly 2nd and 3rd qrtrs but, that run saved them. The shift to zone, Ole Miss foul trouble, better Defense on Medina, Hays had 16, Nared 15, Russell 13. Davis played well.

One thing I hoped we learned from this game either Annie or Evina has to be on the floor. We were horrible with Nared and Jackson playing the perimeter.
We pulled it out though it wasnt beautiful. But we have got to play better than this the rest of the way. Russell is still trying to rebound without jumping. I know she can at least jump 5 inches. She has got to become more dominant in the post on defense. If she was as aggressive as Davis, this team would be more dominant than many of the top 5 teams.
In reality, it was our three freshman that won this game for us.
Two takeaways from the game, we need to get our confidence back at the 3 ball, learn how to play through a team that has been taught to flop on a dime and bad calls. And, if we face a 3 ball shooter, get in her face. Much better in the last half on that.
