yea that's been 60% of her game the last 5 games. She is afraid to shoot outside.

Don't point guards help by scoring from outside?

While she does not shoot outside,she doesn't score much on the inside,does she?

Considering how horrible the shooting has been, Tennessee is in good shape to win this game if they shoot much better. Us jr have more turnovers than Tennessee.

It seems like shock more than giddiness and really it can be quite shocking some of the things they do if you aren't used to seeing it.

I get the disbelief at the crazy way they play... but Maria and Andy are UGA homers and don't like UT. Maria has admitted it.

I could tell they were buddy buddy with SC before the game started. If you don't like Holly, fine. Go worship Staley or Geno. I don't care which one. Agreed re: Hayes. But she's been a bright spot in this ugly first half. 10 points, 2 boards, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 turnovers (which at this point, I'll take it).

If you criticize CHW at all, then you are in danger in the LV forum and you are not a true fan.
Not sure how CHW became above criticism.
I do not question her loyalty to UT or her desire to win. She is an outstanding recruiter, but in her time as HC she has done less with more than any coach in the SEC. That being said, I never want the LVs to lose, I am just tired of watching 4 and 5 star recruits consistently underachieve.

At some point I don't know what I can expect the coaches to do. Missing gimmies at the cylinder. Turning the ball over for no reason. Where's the pride? Where's the pride for playing the game? Tennessee is too talented to be playing like this. And Andy Landers was right, if we were making the layups and the gimmies, Tennessee would be ahead of South Carolina by a dozen, maybe more. South Carolina did not outplay Tennessee in the first half. Tennessee just flat did not execute on offense. No accountability to speak of.

With the layups, the Lady Vols are sooo fast that they seem to get ahead of themselves when going to the basket on fast breaks. If they could control that enthusiasm, they would start making those easy baskets. They're not down by much...calm down (especially Hayes), get others beside Nared to contribute, and they can win this game. We need a strong, reliable center, Russell could be it, but her motivation is horrid. Maybe she'll surprise me after the half.

They have certainly dealt with injuries. I think people are more concerned w/ the performance of the non-injured 5 stars logging heavy minutes but lacking fundamentals. That is what seems to frustrate most.

Injuries are not the reason CHW teams play undisciplined ball and are fundamentally unsound.
