Well, if our team is worn out, I can understand it, after that game last night.

But we might have had a better position to play from in the tournament if the players who have dogged it had worked more consistently, harder, during the regular season.

I don't even believe that's true. Tennessee has _GOTTEN_ the looks. South Carolina didn't do anything that special to disrupt them. Tennessee just flat out couldn't shoot the ball tonight.

I haven't seen Holly rip into anyone in all my years. I mean, I'm comparing my idea of ripping to Pat or Rick Barnes or Bruce Pearl or Kevin O'Neil or any of 'em, but I haven't seen her do it. Maybe she gets on them in practice. Don't know. But I've never seen or heard anything declarative like "your decision making is costing this team the win" or what have you. Maybe they just never show it. Dunno.

I think this team will be better next year because Russell will be gone, she has incredible potential but absolutely no drive. Sad because she could be a Parker-esque talent.

Trying to decide if these guards being freshmen is something to be optimistic or terrified about...

I think Holly should be replaced but I'm not mad about that because I simply don't think it's going to happen.

She hasn't developed one iota her entire time at Tenn.! You can't tell me coaching doesn't have some part in this? Yeah, they get top recruits, but the coaching stuff aren't developing and molding these women into elite college players! They come in as HS All-Americans, but they need so much more instruction. I swear Tenn. is becoming like Rutgers; I respect C. Vivian Stringer, but she coaches the offense out of her players.
